    The Purpose of Your Role

    • Lead and manage complex tax compliance engagements and professional standards, within budget and deadline expectations
    • Identify and respond to client issues in a timely, accurate, positive and professional manner.
    • Manage expectations effectively through clear and continuous communication with the client
    • Prepare and file basic LLC partnership returns for SPVs
    • Identify all necessary state fees and filing requirements for each SPV
    • Provide training, direction, and supervision to staff as the team grows
    • Proactively seek out new business opportunities by participating in various business development activities

    The Expertise You Have

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and CPA license
    • 3-5 years of recent relevant financial experience
    • Management experience
    • Extensive knowledge of accounting practices and procedures (GAAP)
    • Knowledge of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Real Estate or private/alternative asset investing markets

    Head of Engineering

    Syndicately is looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to help lead building and architecting the Syndicately platform as well as manage the Integrations and APIs with our third-party service providers. 

    As a Head of Engineering, you will:

    • Handle the day-to-day development of the Syndicately platform.
    • Manage and maintain our API integration with third-party service providers.
    • Help build out and manage our product roadmap in conjunction with the rest of the team.
    • Be ready to help build out and lead our technical team. This role for the right candidate is built to evolve into being our CTO.
    • Be on call to handle bugs, outages, or other unscheduled events that impact the platform or make our customers unable to use our platform. Your goal is 100% system up-time.

    Required qualifications:

    • Proficient in React, Node.js, HTML, SQL, PHP, and JavaScript.
    • Understanding and proficiency in managing AWS environments.
    • Ability to develop/manage RESTful APIs and accompanying developer documentation.
    • Ability to manage and track and manage code versions and our GitHub repository.
    • Proficiency in managing third-party APIs that support our ecosystem such as Twilio or Pandadocs.
    • Unit/integration testing experience.
    • Debugging and optimization management skillsets.
    • At least one year of professional experience in building B2B SaaS applications preferably in a management role where you oversaw other engineers.

    Desired experience/skillset:

    • A track record of reaching or exceeding weekly or monthly activity goals/quotas.
    • Familiarity with development/project management tools such as Trello or Atlassian.
    • Understanding of the venture capital, private equity, real estate investing and other private asset investing industries is a plus but we are happy to teach eager learners!

  • Head of Operations & Client Services

    Syndicately is looking for an experienced operations and client services leader to help run the day-to-day operations of the Syndicately customer experience as well as manage customer success initiatives. This individual will need to have a strong knowledge of the private investment ecosystems as well as consulting or customer success/service experience. While ensuring that Syndicately’s day-to-day products and services are operating, you will need to engage with customers who have questions or issues while using our platform as well as help understand what user experience and usability issues to help our product team plan future improvements and feature development on the platform.

    As Head of Operations & Client Services, you will:

    • Oversee the execution of private investments on the Syndicately platform
    • Oversee our third-party service providers and ensure they are in line with our overall product delivery as well as delivering on their contractually obligated deliverables.
    • Step-in and handle issues, questions, and/or concerns that existing customers may have when using the Syndicately platform
    • Conduct customer business reviews to gather feedback which will inform future product and feature development

    Required qualifications:

    • Process-focused with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role.
    • Experience managing third-party vendors.
    • Interest in venture capital, private deals and assets, financial and investment infrastructure, and private investment marketplaces and platforms.
    • At least three years of professional experience in the venture capital, private equity industry, or consulting/customer service-related roles.

    Desired experience/skillsets:

    • Experience in organizational leadership/management with a focus on customer delivery.
    • Familiarity with Google Drive, Email, and HubSpot technologies.
    • Understanding of the venture capital, private equity, real estate investing and other private asset investing industries is a plus but we are happy to teach eager learners!

  • Marketing Manager

    Syndicately is looking for an experienced marketing manager with experience in the private investment and venture capital industry. Your day-to-day role will be focused on developing a marketing, content, SEO and social media strategy to both establish Syndicately as a thought leader in the private investment execution space as well as help drive inbound leads and prospects for new business opportunities.

    As Marketing Manager, you will:

    • Develop SEO, content, and social media strategies to reach our intended audience.
    • Help establish brand collateral and content that drives engagement and inbound interest with a focus on earned impressions and organic SEO growth.
    • Monitor our inbound funnel to understand what our ideal customer profile looks like and which customer profiles are driving the most inbound interest.
    • Oversee our blog, social media strategy, content schedule, and organize podcasts/voice chats/ and other events focused on establishing our thought leadership.

    Required qualifications:

    • Excellent brand positioning and content development skills.
    • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role.
    • Knowledge of effective earned media and SEO best practices with playbooks for how to leverage our resources into those opportunities.
    • Interest in venture capital, private deals and assets, financial and investment infrastructure, and private investment marketplaces and platforms.
    • At least one year of professional experience in leading marketing at a B2B startup.

    Desired experience/skillsets:

  • Business Development Representative

    Syndicately is looking for a business development representative with experience in the private investment and venture capital industry. Your role will be focused on networking with and prospecting for prospective clients as well as maintaining and nurturing leads in the sales funnel. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining business development/inbound workflows and systems.

    As Business Development Representative, you will:

    • Use prospecting strategies and networking to lead initial outreach to prospects.
    • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and evaluate them as a potential fit for our solution and services.
    • Determine the prospect's interest in Syndicately and their fit for our existing platform and technology.
    • Schedule discovery meetings meeting with prospects as well as coordinate product demos and schedule time with Synidately’s head of Business Development and Founders when necessary.

    Required qualifications:

    • Excellent networking and prospecting skills
    • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
    • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures including building out an outbound and inbound funnel strategy to nurture prospects.
    • Interest in venture capital, private deals and assets, financial and investment infrastructure, and private investment marketplaces and platforms.
    • At least one year of professional experience in the venture capital, private equity, private real estate industries, or a related/adjacent company.

    Desired experience/skillsets:
