Add a Portfolio Company to a Custom Portal

This guide will walk you through the process of adding a portfolio to your custom portal on the Syndicately platform.

Step 1: Account Log In #

Start by logging into your Syndicately account.

  1. Visit the Syndicately website.
  2. Log in to your account using your credentials.

Step 2: Access Settings #

Once you’re logged in, navigate to the settings section of your account.

  1. On the dashboard, find and click on the ‘Settings’ option.

Step 3: Navigate to Manage Portal #

From the settings page, go to “Manage Portal”.

  1. You will land on the “Organization” tab by default. Look for the “Portfolio” tab.
  2. Click on the “Portfolio” tab.

Step 4: Edit Portfolio Details #

Once you click on the “Portfolio” tab, you’ll be able to edit the following details:

  • Company Name
  • Website
  • Image
  • Select Stage (Angel, Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A, Series B, Series C, Growth/Pre-IPO, Secondary, or other)
  • Tags
  • Status (Active or Inactive)

Step 5: Save Changes #

After you’ve filled in all the necessary information, save your changes.

  1. Click on “Save”.

Step 6: View Your Portfolio #

Now navigate to your custom portal login screen to see your portfolio company listed.

  1. Log out of your Syndicately account.
  2. Log back in and navigate to your custom portal to view your portfolio.
