This guide will walk you through the process of inviting a founder to a deal on the Syndicately platform.

Step 1: Navigate to the Deal Page #

Start by navigating to the deal page.

1. Log in to your Syndicately account.
2. On the dashboard, find and click on the deal to which you want to invite a founder.

Step 2: Locate the Invite Founder Button #

Once you’re on the deal page, you’ll need to locate the “Invite Founder” button.

1. At the top of the page, find the “Invite Founder” button.

Step 3: Add the Founder’s Email #

Clicking on the “Invite Founder” button will bring you to a screen where you can add the founder’s email.

1. Click on the “Invite Founder” button.
2. Enter the founder’s email in the provided field.

The founder will receive an email prompting them to create a founder profile in your portal. During the setup phase, they will be prompted to add their bank account. After the SPV closes, the funds will be transferred to the founder’s bank account.
