This guide will walk you through the process of uploading documents to the deal room on the Syndicately platform.
Step 1: Navigate to the Deal Page #
Start by navigating to the deal page.
- Log in to your Syndicately account.
- On the dashboard, find and click on the deal for which you want to upload documents.
Step 2: Access the Deal Room #
Once you’re on the deal page, you’ll need to locate the “View Deal Room” button.
- At the top of the page, find the “View Deal Room” button.
- Click on this button to access the deal room.
Step 3: Upload Document #
In the deal room, you can start the process of uploading a document.
- Click on the “Upload Document” button.
- You have several options of documents to upload which include:
- Purchase Agreement
- External Google Drive link
- K1
- Pitch Deck
- Founder Memo / Follow on Note
- Form D
Step 4: Provide Document Details #
Once you select a document option, you can provide the necessary details.
- Name the document.
- Provide a document description.
- Select whether you want the document to be visible to investors.
Step 5: Upload the Document #
Now, you’re ready to upload the document.
- Click on the “Upload” button to upload the document to the data room.
Step 6: Review Uploaded Documents #
You can review any documents you have uploaded.
- Find the document title in the table.
- Click on the document title to review the document.
